There are NO SALARIED members at the RAF. We are completely volunteer run. No Board Member receives any financial compensation. We are proud to affirm that 100% of all funds raised will continue to be directed entirely toward the charitable organizations we support, as well as the sustainable growth and outreach of our foundation. This ensures that every contribution makes a meaningful impact—helping those in need and strengthening our ability to serve even more communities in the future.

From Private Cigar and Bourbon Socials to the Formal/In-formal Fly-fishing Dinners and themed socials, we turn fundraising into shared experiences. These events not only raise money for our charitable causes but also build awareness, fellowship, and a sense of purpose among attendees.

Through tiring hours and dedicated posturing, the RAF assisted with annual, charitable music Festival, FEZAPALOOZA. Three bands and 9-hours of ear-busting, 80's and 90's Rock-n-Roll ensuring the continued work of the Hejaz Shriners.
